Ordering

*Send in your orders via the format found under "Order Format" to LALATERRA2013@GMAIL.COM
*An invoice will be sent within 48 hours so do remember to check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive the invoice within 48hours.
*Check that all information is correct in your order form.
Payment

Pre-ordering
*All items are via pre-ordering unless stated otherwise
*Items will arrive after 10-14 working days if there is no delays from supplier's side
*Any delays we will inform you via emails
*Emails will be sent once your items are ready to be mailed out
*RA codes will be sent to you withing 1-2 days after your parcels have been mailed out
*We strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails via normal postage
*LALA TERRA shall not be reponsible for any lost mails via normal postage
Non-exchange & Non-refund policies
*Strictly NO refunds/exchanges unless we sent the wrong items.
*LALA TERRA is not responsible for any damages caused Singpost's rough handling.
*During exchange/refunds, item has to reach us within 5 maximum days after we are notified of the problem.
Late mailing will not be entertained.
*Returned item must be brand new/in the original state, otherwise an exchange/refund will be ignored and returned item will be sent back within 3 working days via normal mail.
*We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.
